Chapter 2. Page Layout

Now that you know what’s what, and what’s where, in InDesign, it’s time to create an InDesign publication and set up some pages. As you work your way through the process of defining the page size, margins, column layout, and master pages for your new publication, think ahead. How will the publication be printed?
