I FELT STUCK.

I felt stuck in my business. Even though it had been in place for years, I didn't feel productive because I couldn't seem to get focused, or convince the world that what I had to offer really mattered. If they did notice, they weren't letting me know in the way others seemed to be enjoying with their successes. I didn't feel that people were honoring my talents or, additionally, paying me what I was worth.

I felt stuck in my relationships, because I couldn't bring my full self to connection outside of myself when I wasn't satisfied within. Relationships are easy when they flow. And they flow when two people who are solid in themselves come together to walk a path at the same time. They are tricky when one person is a mess, or even when either person has misgivings about who they are and what they are all about. I often felt out of synch.

I felt stuck in life, the result of fighting myself constantly about who I felt I was supposed to be rather than who I was. It is easy to get distracted and disengaged when one imagines that everyone else has a better life than you do and you want to transform instantly and can't. Today, that's truer than ever. We can pose for the best selfies and offer the best smiles, but all the likes in the world can't hide the fact that we went ...
