Printer and Email – Setting Up Printers and Email Services on Linux Servers
In this chapter, we are going to set up printer and email services. These services are vital to any company, big or small. The ability to print documentation is a necessity for many things. This can include documentation and handouts. Along with printing, we will be setting up email services for servers. This will allow mail servers to send out emails of the reports we create based on the type of reports we set up or programs that utilize email to complete tasks, such as alerting the user or providing configuration compliance reports. Through the use of email services, we will be able to ensure that nothing is overlooked when it comes to our systems.
