Abstract
The rapid spread of corona virus has resulted in closing of all learning organizations everywhere. The sudden rush of COVID-19 has accelerated the development of online environment and providing non-disruptive learning. The academicians were into developing the right modality to meet out the online delivery of courses that stood as the need of the hour by investing more on the significant technological resources. As a result, the teaching learning modality has changed drastically, with surge in online learning whereby education is pursued distantly and via digital mode. By this immediate shift from traditional classroom setup to online digital mode has impacted the education market of the country. Education workrooms are a vibrant part of the under-graduate and post-graduate program, where maximum number of practical experiments learning occurs in the laboratory. A detailed survey in four phases was conducted among 900 under-graduate engineering students of a private technical university to assess the students’ perception and the impact of virtual laboratory in their curriculum.
