Abstract
Online classes are becoming more popular, and there are a variety of ways for students to access them. However, it has been shown that digital material needs to be better protected. Network-based online classrooms have been the subject of current study, with an emphasis on security and performance improvement. Network environment studies have been conducted in order to give online classes. This research has integrated DES mechanism to Huffman based compression mechanism in order to increase the security and performance. Security has been maintained by DES mechanism whereas Huffman code is working as compression mechanism to reduce the content size.
