Current Guidance from SEC
Appendix B provides critical information on how the SEC intends to apply Regulation A in everyday scenarios. Often, federal regulatory agencies provide detailed rules like we see with Regulation A, but, given their complexity and interplay with other regulations, agencies will also provide informal guidance as to how they read their rules or intend to apply them.
