Relational Research and Organisation Studies

In today’s academic climate of research metrics and increasing pressure to publish in ‘top-ranked’ journals that have a narrow view of what ‘good’ (i.e., positivist) research is, it’s refreshing to come across a book that offers an alternative. As a counter to what seems to be a descent into reductionism and abstraction, the four authors focus on how to study the lived experience of leaders and managers from a co-constructed relational perspective.
