Madhu stood with his back to us, scribbling something illegible on a whiteboard that ran the full length of the wall behind the desk in his office. He was completely oblivious to my knock on his open door.
He was the first person I’d seen at the company wearing a suit. It was wrinkled grey wool with a white shirt that looked like he had slept in it for a week.
