CHAPTER 9: QA – GUARDIANS OF THE GATES

It had taken us a long time to arrange the meeting with Ratana. She was heavily booked, due to some project her team was focused on. That left us with less time to analyze the data and prepare recommendations for the senior leaders. But at least we finally got the slot and now it was here.

Ratana was rearranging the documents on her desk when we arrived. It didn’t appear that anything was actually being added or removed. She seemed to just be moving them a couple of centimeters one way and a moment later moving them back. It wasn’t clear to me if she was bored, being precise, or suffered from some sort of obsessive compulsive disorder.
