Aer six unbelievably rewarding, educating, and long years, I wanted to
move on. I found an opportunity to take a sabbatical.
ON SABBATICAL
I wanted to rest and recharge, and spend time with my kids. I also made
the decision to pursue a Six Sigma Black Belt certication. I had taken a
lot of training over the years and had led many projects, but I still had a
lot to learn. So for six months, I got up every morning and took my kids
