3G and Renewable Energies

3G means distributed generation (DG), microgrid, and smart grid. In recent years, 3G has become a popular topic and is developing rapidly due to energy shortage.

Renewable energies are derived from natural processes that are replenished constantly and have various forms. Included in the definition is electricity and heat produced from solar, wind, ocean, hydropower, biomass, geothermal resources, and biofuels, and hydrogen derived from renewable resources.
