Introduction
HR is often seen as the custodian of people and culture, adopting a guardianship and caring role. This requires that HR leads by example and ensures that the culture is aligned with the core organizational purpose and goals. To do this effectively, within the context of organizational transformations, HRPs must develop capabilities in observing and understanding the culture of the organization, in order to be able to identify potential obstacles and areas of opposition to change and subsequently pinpoint what needs to be done to address them.
