Richard E. Boyatzis is Professor in the Departments of Organizational Behavior and Psychology at Case Western Reserve University and a Visiting Professor in Human Resources at ESADE in Barcelona. For 2005 and 2006, he is also Visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School. While at Case Western, he has served as Associate Dean of Executive Education and Chair of the Department of Organizational Behavior. Before becoming a professor, he was CEO of McBer and Company (an HR research consulting company) for eleven years and COO of Yankelovich, Skelly & White (a market research company) for two years.
