Toward a Stakeholder-Oriented Project Management Approach
10.1 Introduction
In this chapter, we discuss the research propositions based on our findings from the literature, the practices, and demonstration case studies, as well as the focus group workshops. In the discussion, we offer examples from the empirical studies to illustrate the propositions. By that, we describe a more comprehensive project stakeholder understanding that constitutes the central points of a stakeholder-oriented project management approach.
