In the first phase of Pragmatic ITAM, we can prove we satisfied the ISO/IEC 19970-1:2017 requirements for their Tier 1 maturity model. This was done by the Discovery Tool Alignment report, with a heady dose of René Descartes’s philosophical teachings as an anchor.
From this phase, we move up to Tier 2: Lifecycle Integration.
