The next step in our journey is understanding how individual perspectives (a sample size of one, i.e., Y.O.U.) becomes the collective perspective (a sample size of many, i.e., The Workforce). We are transitioning from developing an informed perspective (which involves understanding the science and theory) to the reality of making talent decisions. Moving from theory to reality (even if hypothetical) helps us understand the crucial link between talk and action.
