For more than two decades, I facilitated dialogues for warring parties around the globe, trying to help them resolve the political issues that divided them. My organization, The Program on Conflict Analysis and Resolution, located at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University, was often invited to help the parties manage their conflicts, in the hope of finding a way to a peaceful resolution of the issues that divided them.
