EMAIL MARKETING

Email marketing may seem a bit out of place in a book where many of the technologies discussed are still in their infancy, but despite its being a little long in the tooth compared to, say, multimedia messaging service (MMS) or mobile apps, its use continues to grow, making it a great option for communicating with your community. This chapter covers the resources for campaign management and discusses how to integrate your email marketing with other efforts, such as branding, site content, and your blog.
