Acknowledgments

There are two reasons why people read the acknowledgments section of a book: One, to see if their name is included; and two, to see who helped with the book.

If you helped me with this book and with the photographs in this book, and you do not see your name here, I apologize. I always try to give credit where credit is due. Blame it on CRS disease, an affliction that strikes folks over sixty. CRS stands for Can’t Remember Stuff (you can substitute another word that starts with the letter S for stuff).
