Setting the scene
Having undertaken a make or buy evaluation and determined the ‘mix’ of make versus buy, we are in a stronger position to reconsider interface and integration questions, especially as they will impact various sub-system suppliers and the way they interact with each other.
If there is a point at which projects can potentially ‘lose the plot’ in terms of how sub-systems work within the supra-system, then this is it.
