Setting the scene
In Chapter 12 we began to consider practicalities around what needs to be ‘administered’ on a day-to-day basis under a typical commercial contract. This chapter is one of the shortest in the book, not because its subject is unimportant, and indeed there is much to be said, but my Kogan Page book, Contract Management – Core Business Competence, sifts through this subject in far greater depth than we need to here. We shall limit our comments to those that best address the question of advanced technology and of integration.
