Cost Performance Reports Analysis

Cost performance reports (CPRs) have become useful in uncovering areas in which technical problems are causing variances. In these reports, team members explain cost and schedule variances using narrative to indicate the specific problem causing the variance. Many of the variances reported can signal risk situations as they are developing, such as late vendor or subcontractor deliveries.
