Process Framework—Contingency and Impact Assessment

By the time we reach contingency and impact assessment, we are technically not dealing with a risk anymore. By this point, the risk has triggered, and all uncertainty is removed. Now we need to implement the contingency plan we have developed and carry out an impact assessment to understand what the lasting effect of the risk is.
