Designing Framework for Consistency and Resiliency
In the previous chapter, we saw how a solution architect (SA) has to study the client’s environment and make themselves familiar with the ecosystem. They also need to interact with various teams to understand and adhere to their processes and norms. This chapter will use all that knowledge you gathered previously to design a set of rules and procedures for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA projects. This set of rules and procedures is called the framework. This will become the base for all the projects implemented for the client.
Here is what will be covered in this chapter:
- Design principles
- Development standards
- Security standards
- Bot operating model
- Capacity planning
