What Is Mastery?
What do you want to be when you grow up? I never really had an answer to this question. My sister Jan knew she wanted to be an engineer when she was in the seventh grade. My husband, Ken, knew he wanted to be an engineer at a very young age. Perhaps it’s an engineer thing. As a career coach, I’ve noticed that many of us don’t know. We spend years trying to figure out what we want to be. Years trying to find a purpose or passion. Or, we muddle along.
