Now the real work begins. Holding elected office involves at minimum one and as many as four jobs: the elected-office job, the job you may still work to keep your household bills paid, the job of ongoing campaigning, and the job of being a household family member. Your work must clearly differentiate the elected job from the ongoing campaign job, if you plan to run for re-election.
