ART Backlog Management
The ART Backlog (formerly the Program Backlog) is the holding area for upcoming Features and Enablers for the ART. Product Management is responsible for managing and maintaining this backlog.
Ensuring that the ART Backlog is well-refined and maintained is a foundational component of a successful ART.
