Icebreakers

An icebreaker is a short activity to establish a healthy learning environment, which should be done immediately following participant introductions. The icebreaker, when possible, should connect with the training theme and start the day with laughter, engagement, and a sense of understanding. Many trainers skip icebreakers and jump right into the content because they think icebreakers are a waste of time.
