Combining Multiple Form Actions

In the previous examples, you created three sets of form and ACTION pages that performed three different functions. In an actual Web application, you might consolidate two or more of these actions on a single page—both to make your site easier for users to navigate, and to save yourself coding time if you need to alter field names or form functions later. Take a look at Figure 12.5 for an example.
