Q. Why can’t I assign a record to a team?

A. Before a team can be assigned a record, it must have a Security role.

Q. One of my users has been promoted, and I now need give him more access through his security role. What do I need to do?

A. Open the user’s record, and in the left navigation pane, click Roles. In the toolbar, click Manage Roles and choose the appropriate security role for the user. Remember that a user might have more than one security role.

Q. I moved a user to a different business unit, and now she can’t log in to the system. What did I do wrong?
