Tracking the Steps, Activities, and Tasks

After a marketing campaign is under way, you can track the status of each step in the campaign and view the progress of the activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To view the status of the campaign activities, go into the specific campaign and select Campaign Activities in the navigation area, as shown in Figure 9.22. You will see a list of the activities and the status for each of them.
