In the world of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you have a number of choices when it comes to where data is stored and what is shared between various potential repositories, including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, the centralized corporate Microsoft Dynamics CRM databases, and the local offline Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook client. Figure 15.2 shows a diagram that indicates where data could possibly be located as it relates to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook client.
