Reusing and Sharing Your Spreadsheets

To make your Excel file available to other people, you have several options:

• Add the Excel file to Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a report. This report can be available for you or for other people in your company. (See Hour 21, “Reporting and Query Basics.”)

• E-mail a static or dynamic spreadsheet to other people or save it in a shared file system.

• Put the Excel file on an intranet site, such as a SharePoint dashboard.

By the Way: Accessing Data

Remember, if you e-mail or save a dynamic spreadsheet, only other Microsoft Dynamics CRM users can see the data in it. And they might see different data when they open it, because they will see results based on the records that they have permission to see.
