Hour 18. Contracts, Cases, Tickets, and Capturing Time
This hour spends more time on contracts and cases and looks at the concept of capturing time against activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is not designed with a timesheet and lends itself to capturing time on scheduled activities as opposed to a timesheet. However, a number of Microsoft partners offer timesheet timekeeping as an add-on product. If you want to capture time during the day on perhaps a subset of activities and cases; activities with duration might be for you.
