Ganesh Karthik S, who prefers to be called Karthik, is a senior SAP HCM functional consultant with Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH), based in Chennai, India. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University (Go8 universities), Melbourne, Australia (2005-2006). In December 2010, he earned a certification in SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4.
