10 THE MEDIA OPERATIONS TEAM

In this chapter, we will review how the Media Operations team uses the Content Delivery Workflow, what files they rely on, and how they are able to respond to unpredictable onsite changes with speed and clarity. In Chapters 8 and 9, we used the documentation from the scenic department to analyze the set and create templates for the design of video content for the screens in the set. Based on our examination of the model and shop documentation, we began assembling the communication tools needed to build a Content Delivery Workflow.
