Tests, allies and enemies
The heroine is now finally out of her comfort zone but as soon as the threshold has been straddled, an even more difficult series of challenges will test her. The obstacle becomes the way forward, and challenges are strewn across the path into the extraordinary world. These may be physical in nature, or people hell-bent on slowing down the heroine's progress. As a result, the heroine has to triumph against each challenge she comes up against on the odyssey to the rainbow. As she does so, the heroine must uncover who can be trusted and who can't. She may create alliances and enemies, all of which in their own way help in shaping the heroine for even greater challenges in the future. Strength, agility and skills are challenged and each mountain to climb provides the heroine with fundamentally important insights into her character and weaknesses, and increases our bond with her even more.
