On April 30, 2019, Mr Rushi Patel, 25, an aspiring entrepreneur intending to start a restaurant in Ahmedabad, had to decide whether he should offer Indian regional cuisine or western multi-cuisine as a part of the menu. Though he was passionate about offering Indian regional cuisine, he lacked the required skills for preparing authentic Indian regional cuisines.
