WHAT ANALYTICAL TOOLS SHOULD WE USE?
Interestingly, our analytical leaders weren't particularly interested in talking about tools. The only exceptions were Tim Leonard and Darren Taylor who touted the benefits of delivering dashboards to executives and managers via tablet computers. At both their companies, business users enthusiastically embraced mobile dashboards, giving the analytics team added credibility and momentum.
