21.1 Introduction
Much of this book has discussed access control and inference control. Furthermore,
we have focused on provenance data represented by Semantic Web technologies.
We have also addressed confidentiality aspects of security. Security also has other
dimensions and these include privacy, trust, availability, and dependability among
others. Prior to starting the research discussed in this book, we examined confi-
dentiality, privacy, and trust aspects of security and how they relate to each other.
