13 PHYSICAL SECURITY
The majority of the techniques and tools we’ve covered throughout the preceding chapters of this book will mean very little if appropriate physical security measures are not designed, put into practice and tested on a regular basis. Physical security is a fundamental component of any enterprise security programme, and it’s increasingly important that at the very least it’s aligned with, if not fully owned by, the information security department and its security operations team.
