Lisa Earle McLeod is a sales leadership consultant, best-selling author, and keynote speaker. Organizations such as Apple, Kimberly-Clark, and Pfizer hire her to help them create passionate, purpose-driven sales forces. McLeod established her own firm, McLeod & More, Inc., a sales leadership consultancy, in 1993. Prior to that, she served as a sales leader and coach at Procter & Gamble and vice president of business development at Vital Learning (formerly McGraw-Hill Training Systems).
Her first job was working at the Donut King in Arlington, Virginia, where, at the age of 14, she sold more than 700 glazed donuts in a single shift.
