Preparing for completion
Prior to completion, in the later stages of due diligence and contract negotiation, you will need to have worked out a detailed plan of how to communicate the deal and the integration process that will commence the moment that the deal is concluded.
You’ll need to have plans for many issues, including:
- How the staff will be notified and by whom. This is particularly important if you have several offices and if they are geographically dispersed across different time zones.
