10.1 Staged Column Equipment Description

A very basic picture of staged column equipment was presented in Chapter 3. In this section, a much more detailed qualitative picture will be presented. Much of the material included here is from the series of articles and books by Kister (1980, 1981, 1992, 2003), the book by Ludwig (1997), and the chapter by Larson and Kister (1997).
