CHAPTER 3: SIAM ROADMAP STAGE 2: PLAN & BUILD
The Plan & Build stage is triggered formally on completion of the Discovery & Strategy stage, when the organization confirms its intention to proceed with a SIAM transition. There may be elements that start earlier, to enable stakeholders and the team to prepare for this stage. Depending on the timescales, strategy and approach of the organization, the roadmap might proceed in a linear manner or there may be stages and activities taking place in parallel.
