Motivational Scenario

In this chapter, we present a motivational scenario based on a business that provides roadside assistance to motorists who require assistance when their cars break down. The objective of the discussion is twofold. The first objective is to present a motivational scenario, which can be used throughout the book to explain the Serendip concepts by providing suitable examples. The second objective is to use the business example later as a case study to show how Serendip is applied on a concrete business scenario.
