For us, Service Virtualization is all about the ability to deliver faster, and with higher quality, while reducing our setup time and not having to build new architecture. In our organization, collaboration was key on this initiative. We didn’t have a Center of Excellence for this practice, so we had to bring in stakeholders from capacity planning, development, infrastructure teams, as well as functional testing and other groups.
