How to do it...

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
  2. Type the instance web address in the address bar.
  3. Log in to the Service-Now instance using the credentials.
  4. Type the Report in the search bar (left-hand side).
    • Click on View or Run module under report application, as now you can see a newly created report.
  5. Last Month Incident Report as shown in following screenshot:

  1. Click on the Last Month Incident Report again.
  2. Click on the Save button(down arrow) and again click on Schedule button:
