In many cases, the example interface that the Service Portal provides is the best starting point. Using a point-and-click interface, you can change colors, upload images, and alter text.
The example portal is built for the global scope, and you will be making changes that affect the OOTB functionality. It will be easy to undo these changes, but be aware that you are altering functionality that is not stored in the Hotel application (and thus you can't uninstall it). Skip this section if you wish, and especially if you are not using a sandbox instance.
