What's nice about the configuration for Service Portal is that you can edit everything you need without needing the standard interface. Let's use Service Portal Configuration (which itself is built using Service Portal!):
- Find the Service Portal Configuration page (navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration to reopen it), click on Portal Tables in the menu at the top and then on Themes.
- This list shows you the records in the Themes [sp_theme] table, as if you went to Service Portal > Themes in the main interface. Click on New, fill in the following fields, and click on Save:
- Name: Hotel Theme
- Header: Stock Header
- Footer: Sample Footer
- Fixed header: <unticked>
- Fixed footer: <unticked>
- Then, go to Portal ...
